Premium Terms of Use

These "Repitta Premium Terms of Use" apply when you use the paid services, so please be sure to read them before use. To use the paid services, you must agree to both the "Repitta Terms of Use" and the "Repitta Premium Terms of Use" and complete paid registration, so please be sure to read both of them before use.

1. The "Repitta Premium Terms of Use" (hereinafter the "Premium Terms") set out the conditions for using the paid services (hereinafter "Premium") provided by Repitta (hereinafter the "Operator"). By using Premium, you are deemed to have agreed to the Premium Terms.
2. If the Operator determines that there is reasonable cause, the Operator may change the Premium Terms at any time at its own discretion, without obtaining the prior consent of the Registered Users who use Premium (hereinafter "Premium Members").
3. Unless the Operator provides otherwise, the amended Premium Terms shall take effect from the time they are displayed on the Service. If a Premium Member uses Premium after an amendment to the Premium Terms has taken effect, the Premium Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Premium Terms.

Unless the Premium Terms provide otherwise, all terms used in the Premium Terms have the same definitions as the terms in the Repitta Terms of Use.

1. Where a User uses Premium, the User shall complete paid registration.
2. A User who wishes to complete paid registration shall agree to the Repitta Terms of Use and the Premium Terms and complete the registration procedure prescribed by the Operator.
3. The Operator shall carry out the necessary review of the application details entered in accordance with the preceding paragraph (including the credit card number), and the Operator's acceptance of the Premium Member's application is deemed to have been expressed at the point when the Premium Member becomes able to use Premium. If, as a result of the review of the application details, the application details are inappropriate, the Operator may, at its discretion, decline to accept the paid registration.

1. The fees for Premium are set for each of the following plans. The amount of each fee is the price displayed on the App Store or Google Play (in-app purchase) at the time of purchase. Prices vary by country or region and include applicable taxes.

• Premium monthly plan
• In-app purchase: the monthly price displayed in the store at the time of purchase
• Premium annual plan
• In-app purchase: the annual price displayed in the store at the time of purchase
• Premium Pro monthly plan
• In-app purchase: the monthly price displayed in the store at the time of purchase
• Premium Pro annual plan
• In-app purchase: the annual price displayed in the store at the time of purchase

2. The Operator may change the fees for Premium at its own discretion without obtaining the prior consent of Premium Members. However, such a change shall take effect prospectively. If a Premium Member does not agree to the change, the Premium Member shall cancel Premium within the prescribed period; if that period passes without cancellation, the Premium Member is deemed to have agreed to the change.

1. Payment of the fees for Premium shall be made by the payment method specified by the Operator.
2. The Operator does not issue receipts or similar documents relating to the payment of the fees for Premium.

1. Where a Premium Member cancels the use of Premium, the Premium Member shall carry out the cancellation procedure prescribed by the Operator, and the use of Premium is deemed to have been cancelled upon completion of that cancellation procedure.
2. Under no circumstances does the Operator provide any refund of fees or other amounts already received.
3. Even where a Premium Member carries out the cancellation procedure for Premium in the middle of a month, the Premium Member shall pay the full fee for that month.

1. Where the Operator determines that a Premium Member falls under any of the following, the Operator may suspend the paid services or terminate the paid registration without prior notice to that Premium Member.
(1) Where the Operator determines that the Premium Member falls under any item of any paragraph of Article 15 of the Repitta Terms of Use
(2) Where the Premium Member is in default of the payment of the fees for Premium or other obligations, or refuses to pay them
(3) Where the use of the payment method has been suspended
(4) Where the Premium Member is subject to a provisional attachment, provisional disposition, compulsory execution, disposition for delinquent taxes, or similar measure; where a petition for the commencement of bankruptcy proceedings or of civil rehabilitation proceedings is filed with respect to the Premium Member; or where the Premium Member receives a decision for the commencement of guardianship, curatorship, or assistance
(5) Where the Premium Member does not comply even though the Operator has requested that the state of violation of the Repitta Terms of Use and the Premium Terms be remedied
3. Where a Premium Member falls under any item of the preceding paragraph, the Premium Member shall lose the benefit of time and shall pay in a lump sum the fees for Premium accrued at that point in time and all other obligations owed to the Operator.
4. Where the Operator suffers damage as a result of a Premium Member falling under any item of Paragraph 1 of this Article, the Operator may claim damages from that Premium Member (including a person whose paid registration has been terminated), regardless of whether the paid registration has been terminated.
5. Where the Operator takes a measure set out in Paragraph 1 of this Article, the Operator bears no liability whatsoever for the results arising from that measure.

The Operator shall handle the Registration Information of Premium Members appropriately in accordance with the Repitta Terms of Use and the separately established Privacy Policy.
